How do I get my ticket?
Your e-ticket appears in My tickets as soon as the booking is confirmed, with a QR code for boarding. It is also saved on your phone so it opens without a signal.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Open the ticket and choose to cancel or change the journey. You see the refund amount before you confirm, and refunds follow the cancellation policy.
How do I track my bus?
Open your ticket and choose Track journey, or go to Track your bus. Where the operator shares live location you see the bus on the map; otherwise you see scheduled times and updates from the crew.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through the operator’s payment gateway. Card details are handled by the gateway and are never stored on this site.
I booked on a travel website or app. Can you help?
For bookings made through another travel website or app, contact that partner first for changes, cancellations and refunds — they hold your payment.
